Our relief represents the Madonna and Saint John the Baptist as a child, and Saint Elizabeth, surrounded by a frame with fruits and pomegranates. There is a marble 'schiacciato' (a very shallow relief) by the artist Pierino da Vinci that is located at the Museo Nazionale del Bargello. Several visible breaks as shown in the photos.
